In addition to the services we offer listed in our ‘what we do’ we have three other departments: the Company Secretaries Department, a department dedicated to your company secretarial needs, a Due Diligence Team, a team dedicated to your due diligence requirements and a private investigations department responsible for investigating matters that concern you .
OUR COMPANY SECRETARIAL DEPARTMENT
We have a dedicated department to see to your company secretarial needs. This department will assist you open and maintain all statutory books and registers; issue notices for Board Meetings and Shareholders Meetings, take minutes at the said meetings and produce such minutes for circulation to all attendees for their review and comments; remind clients and give all necessary assistance to ensure that all necessary filings in respect of: change of directors or secretary, annual returns, alteration in stated capital, change of auditors, change in registered office or principal place of business, etc are filed within the specified statutory time limits and generally ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179), and other relevant Acts.

We have a team that is dedicated mainly to your due diligence requirements. Ensuring that your due diligence is completed on time and on schedule for your purposes.
OUR PRIVATE INVESTIGATIONS DEPARTMENT
The Private Investigations Department will investigate all and any matters of interest to you, whether needed for litigation purposes or other legal requirements.
